How to add notes to Timesheet

Please follow the below steps for adding notes under timesheet

  1.  For Employers/Managers-
  •  Under Time card section , Click on three horizontal trails for specific employee, you will see following interface-

  • Add the notes and hit the update button

  • Once you have created notes , you will see the details under Note section:

Other than you can also predefined attendance update reason codes can be selected to add Quick Notes. You can simply create reason codes that must be used when any attendance records are updated by administrators.

Here how you can create the same

Please refer to below screenshots-

B) For Employees-

  • Log into your NextGen workforce account
  • Click on My Timecard section, under the dashboard

  • Select the desired date ranges or particular date.
  • Now hit on Add notes option section-

  • Once Employees have created notes , they will see the details under Note section:

For kiosk- Employees who signing through kiosk have option to add notes while logging in , please see following interface-
