1. Minimum Wage Enforcement

- Agricultural Workers: Overtime pay phases are based on employer size, with full compliance by January 1, 2025.
3. Meal & Rest Breaks Automation
- Meal Breaks: A 30-minute unpaid break for shifts over 5 hours and an additional 30-minute break for shifts over 12 hours.
