How to Update Shortcut Key Settings
Navigation: Time Clock Main Menu → Personalize → Shortcut Key Mappings
The shortcut keys can be punch state (in/out) keys or menu function keys.
Note: Static values for clock punch state
- Clock IN = 0
- Clock Out = 1
- Break Start = 3
- Paid Break Start = 4
- Break End = 2
These keys are visible on the device’s home screen.

How do I remove the Break Keys selection option from the Time Clock home screen?
Navigation: Time Clock Main Menu → Personalize → Shortcut Key Mappings
- Tap on the shortcut key for Break In or Out
- Tap on the function and set Undefined
